    You need to look out for the game developers asking for them. You put your name in the hat and if picked they will e-mail you a code to get access to a beta.

    If you mean the update previews, then download the preview app on the console and request access.. 1406 is done (June Preview) so we're waiting for 1407 (July Previw)... they've stated not eveyone gets in but that's how to apply.

    You generally have to buy the game if it comes with early access

    Or join insiders program for game flights but they tend to be MS games not third party

    Studioss tend to.do internal testing not external with the exception of stress test betas but you usually buy into that with early access after you pre-order those games
