How to avoid getting banned

I was banned under some very odd circumstances, I am writing this so you don't fall into the same fate as myself.

I got tired of a few persistent hackers/modders that I kept running into, one even used his mods against me specifically. These people have been doing it for months and months with no repercussions.

I filed complaints and nothing happens to them.

I complained on the forums and was told to keep filing complaints despite that doing nothing and was given irrelevant information by one of the enforcement team moderators because they didn't bother to read what I wrote to them past the first line.

I told others in the enforcement team about the cheating and I got banned.

Here's the advice: If you are a victim of cheating on the Xbox Live service, don't point it out because they will ban you instead of any cheaters.

I'm taking a risk but please don't ban me again for saying this, I just won't play multiplayer games anymore on Xbox.

There aren't many lobbies on some games and it is impossible to avoid the cheats. Filing complaints is a waste of time, the enforcement team don't even look at them.

I tried to find out more info on the old enforcement forum where my posts were ignored and then i was threatened with a ban if i asked again.
