How to arrange a controller repair without suing microsoft

I have an xbox elite controller series 2. The bumpers are now broken (I understand this is a common fault with the model). The controller is still under warranty. But here is the problem:

1) There is no number or email address at which to contact support.

2) If you follow the online support system, it tells you that call backs are not available for warranty/repair issues.

3) Following the online support system eventually leads you to a form to request a controller replacement. I've filled this out and received a confirmation email, followed by an email to say that someone will be in touch in a couple of business days. That
was a month ago. Emails to the address from which I got the confirmation receive no response.

4) I cannot check the status of my repair request as the controller is not a registered device.

5) Attempting to register my controller leads to an error message ("something went wrong") plus an option to contact support.

6) Clicking on the option to contact support takes you back to the online support system which says that
call backs are not available for warranty/repair issues. :-(

7) Choosing a different option (dressing the problem up as an account problem) leads to a call back option.

8) Entering my phone number leads to an error message.

Do I have any other option other than sending Microsoft a letter before action and then suing them? I am genuinely asking.

I have been using firefox and edge as well.I marked allow all cookies etc... few different computers and still not loading last step where is written print a label.It always loading a page where asking for my microsoft password an i have to all the time
starting from beggining.

Print labels must be printed by you

If you are using chrome or safari thats the issue

You MUST use firefox or edge as they are more compatuble with most websites

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issues with setting up a replacement. Here is a guide that will get you to the request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hi Christopher.Did you get any help with your controller?I have exactly same problem with my controller elite 2 .

No way to get any help with replacement or service.I was trying to finish procedure of printing return label but it is impossible to do it.No options to contact with them etc... Maybe if there will be more of us (some forum group etc..)we could take some
legal action against them.I am so tired after looking for any help from Microsoft support.
