How to appeal suspension

My son was suspended for posting Minecraft coordinates to his friend. We completed the steps for review on the enforcement site and suspension was reduced. However it seems unfair that this remains on his record. Why would he be suspended for doing this? And how can I get someone to look at this again?

Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement & can not help so contacting them will do nothing.

The only way to appeal a ban/suspension is by filing for a case review on the enforcement site,which you have done.

You only get one appeal,which you have used,so your son will just have to wait out the suspension.

Thanks, but the virtual agent keeps telling me that enforcement can only be dealt with on the enforcement web page. The enforcement page doesn't allow any way of appealing. The suspension was lifted as soon as we completed the action button but unfortunately it is still on his record.

Thanks but it is all automated and keeps redirecting me to the enforcement page.
