How to appeal or find out the reason for a suspension?

I was given a one day suspension for voice communication. I only ever do voice communication in while playing in a party with friends. It is only for a day so it is not a big deal, but I cannot think of anything I have ever done that would warrant any
kind of suspension. It seems strange that I cannot figure out the time an action was done that would cause a suspension.

Xbox one console has been banned

The only place to reach the enforcement team is via
their website. You will be able to find out the reason there however console bans cannot be appealed.

You can check the suspension at enforcement.xbox.com if it's over 24 hours you can appeal it by clicking on How Do I? Then the submit case review option.

 

It is only 24 hours so I cannot appeal it.

I think that is my biggest gripe with this. How am I supposed to know what I did wrong if I cannot even question the reason for a suspension. I am nearly 40 years old. Most of the time I am playing my wife or my son is sitting next to me. I cannot
think of anything I have ever said that falls into anything that against any ToS.

 

It maybe a message you sent, replying to a toxic player. It could be from a month or so back. Enforcement will never release the exact message, as this could lead to reprisals and would also put off people from reporting code of conduct violations.

 

It really does stink, but they don't inform you of a specific time that caused the enforcement due to the possibility of retaliatory actions.
