How to appeal an enforcement ban if it doesn’t show on the enforcement website

My reputation bar is practically full and I have literally received this ban and one other which was for 1 day so why do I get a 1 day ban as a warning then a week and everyone else I know can get frequent communication bans every month and they are always for 24 hours? They should look into where the reports come from as it was a direct message to a friend that reported it as a joke thinking I could submit a case review but the only joke is thinking Microsoft will fix the enforcement website in the next month never mind week 😂

Suspension length can vary based on the severity of the situations as well as any prior enforcement actions. So they do increase the length of time the more suspensions you receive.

Rep has nothing to do with suspensions. You can be completely green and still get a permanent ban. If everyone else you know is receiving multiple 24 hour suspensions, they're either lying about how long they are, or they'll start receiving longer suspensions as well and can even be permanently banned for receiving too many suspensions. It also doesn't matter if it's a direct message with a friend. If it's done on the Live service, it has to follow the rules.

I know it isn't ideal but what I can advise is that you hold on a few days until the issue is resolved so you can sign in and check the true status of your account on the enforcement page.
