    How to appeal against Enforcement act that has been Wrongfully placed on account


    So i came on tonight to my account being Communication banned thanks to my Ex girlfriend, the action ends on the 6th December yet i feel as if this is an Unjustified action against me after she was very abusive towards me and she was also Constantly asking
    me for Money, i blocked her but i don't know how to Appeal against the Enforcement action taken against my account, it is Important that i am able to send messages to my friends as i play a Game that requires me to keep in constant touch with them (Ark Survival
    Evolved) as i cannot Physically talk to my friends due to my Turtle beach headset being broken, Again i feel this to be an unjustified Sanction against my account, and she isn't even on Xbox live within Legal reasons she's stolen her friends credit card details
    to get on Xbox live, (Xbox Live) Community is completely corrupt.

    Please help me. I have been wrongfully banned. I can't speak or play online games. My Xbox has the new update. Can I open appeal my ban please? And how do I appeal my ban. I haven't said anything offensive, nor cheated. Please, don't give me a permanent
    ban. I have spent so much money on this account. How do I contact Microsoft to appeal this ban?

    Enforcement

    I recently learned that I had an enforcement placed on my account back in 2011. Never got an email about it or a chance to appeal. I have had Xbox Live for over 10 years and have never caused problems. Is there a way to contact anyone about a possible appeal?

    How to appeal against Enforcement act that has been Wrongfully placed on account

    The account that she is using is GrimReafer4200 , She is using that account illegally and Scamming Microsoft of Free Xbox live passes and she even admitted it to me in person
