How to appeal a non refund decision

Has anyone been able to appeal a non refund decision?

I have responded to their decision email by replying to the email but not have anything back from them?

Who do I need to contact?

I was denied a refund case number 3286246505 the purchase was made incorectly game are popping out and are bieng purchase without my consent so i am appealing it

Honestly I think once the decision is made that will be it. However if you wanted to talk to support at Microsoft about it you can head to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and
try them.

I see, try to appeal the refund decision, you probably received an email with the information, respond to it with an appeal and see if you can change this decision by Microsoft.

Sadly, I can't do that. If the refund has been denied, you can appeal it.

You can appeal the refund decision by replying the email you got from Microsoft with refund decision. Keep if brief and explain why you should get the refund and they'll take a second look.
