How to appeal a ban?!

Hello, i was banned from using microsoft services around a year and a half ago, when i tried to appeal and ask what i had done i wasnt allowed to be told and it was denied, and i have no info on what ive done and i cant even contact a representive for help as only ai handle these requests, please help me appeal this wrongful ban, i am more than happy to talk fully and even if they say no i just want a real human to say it and tell me what i did wrong

All you can do is have your brother sign into his Microsoft account at
https://enforcement.xbox.com and go to "How Do I?" at the top of the page. Click on it, then on the new page, select "Case Review".

Also, keep this in mind - what you did may have been a joke, but there is a chance you may have cost him his Microsoft account and everything owned on it. Hope it's not a permanent suspension.

You would have had to submit a case review through the enforcement site at the time the ban was given. If that's what you did and what you say was denied, then the enforcement team decided the ban was warranted. If that's not what yoy did, you would no longer be eligible to appeal since the ban is over 12 months old.

The terms of service are not to be taken lightly you may be able to appeal but don't expect them to overturn the decision.
