    How to allow dlc over a kids age restriction?


    My kid has a age restriction of teen, however, I have allowed Mortal Kombat for him. However, the dlc still doesn't work and I can't find a way to whitelist them.

    If the DLCs are purchased on your account just a friendly reminder though that not all DLCs can be shared.

    You need to set your account as Home Xbox so other profile will have access to all of your games as well as DLCs that can be shared.

    1. Sign in to your account.

    2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    3. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

    4. Check "Make this as My Home Xbox".

    The dlc works fine on my profile but once you sign in to his the dlc are gone. It is not with any specific dlc, all of them don't work.

    I would like to clarify, what is the exact error or issue that your son is getting whenever he is trying to access the DLC? Also, what is the exact DLC so I can check?

    Sorry for the time between replies, but yes, I checked on my wife's account and it worked for her.
