Does your SSID name have an underscore in it?

I had an device that won't connect to my WiFi because of an underscore in the SSID, not sure how a XBOX deals with it.

At the moment there is no way to add underscores to gamertags. It is not a flaw, it is just not currently designed that way.

But, VernierSlake's earlier post is correct. It's possible the Gamertag name you are wanting is already in use as a Zune Tag or a Gamertag for Games for Windows-LIVE.
