How to access the account associated with my Xbox username

i have found the disturbancy how do i remove it its an email ive never seen and its associated with my email

it says the following usernames are associated with my username and that username isnt ours how do i remove him

The downloads will be associated with a username and email address. If you are unable to access that account, then you likely won't be able to access any of the games either. I would recommend contacting Microsoft directly regarding an issue with your
account.

I am not ? that is the name associated with my username? how did someone do this?

I get to a "Recover your Username" screen where it says the following:

--My current email account-- is associated with the following username(s):

ah******@gmail.com

We've hidden part of the username(s) for security reasons.

The ah*****@gmail.com is the account I cannot see from both Xbox and Microsoft website that the hacker changed the email address too.

Minecraft usernames are apparently not directly linked to the Xbox gamertag, so changing it doesn't affect the in-game name associated with it. So if I create a new account, I won't be able to use that name because it is already taken by the profile I cannot access. So the only option for my is to somehow prove that I own that profile.
