[Mod Removed – Profanity].. This is a genuine problem, no wonder nobody bothers asking the community much when you get this useless

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
• Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

The call backs should be automatic, there might be a high wait time if you haven't received a callback yet. you can also try chat support if requesting a call back still doesn't work.

Aside from that, there are plenty of knowledgeable Agents and Ambassadors here that can provide support as well. Is there anything that we can help you with?

 

You could always state your issue here and see if one of us ambassadors can assist.
