    Off-topic -- How in the hell do you embed videos on this forum? I tried to include the YouTube video from Ghostbusters where they talk about mass hysteria, but it won't embed the video.

    I think the better question would be why is there a PC section here. MS gave up on PC/GFWL long ago.

    As said, the best bet is to report the player from their player card under the correct section, you can also add a comment to go into further detail, if the user is still a problem, I would recommend filing the complaint as said and blocking the user so
    they can no longer, contact, view or play with you etc.
