How the hell do you get through to a real person?

Seriously, one of the biggest companies in the entire world and they're too cheap to hire real people for customer service. I'm getting sent in circles with their useless virtual agent system, requesting a call back keeps giving me errors for days now, the only other options for asking their "experts" who I'm sure are also bots or otherwise just as useless with scripted/canned replies. The final option is asking on this forum, which I have before with no replies.

SO hopefully someone can atleast point me to where exactly I can at least live chat with a real person to help with my issue.

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support: it's
pretty simple

Thanks for coming to the forums. Here is a guide for requesting a call from a support agent.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Before sending it in try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. I have known it to fix this issue many many times. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of
the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results.
