I got this dreaded message upon logging into my account this afternoon



I want to know how this gamer-pic references bad material; the picture is nothing more than a character from League of Legends Sleeping...

Enforcement Mistake?

I've received a 24 hour suspension when it comes to customizing my Xbox Live profile. The reason given was inappropriate gamer picture, as i checked the reasons why i got hit with this action was as explained "due
to nudity or sexual content, extreme violence, profane or offensive terms or gestures, references to notorious people or organizations, references to sensitive current or historical events, controversial content, or other inappropriate references"

But when i checked back, the picture i used didn't fall under any of these. Would anyone be able to help?
