How the heck do you fix Fortnite not loading. I have been trying now for 3 days.

i have the same problem i had green screen had to do a factory reset then i downloaded my profile did the offline system update now im trying to download fortnite and it keeps stopping to installation

what do i do i ave been trying to fix it all day

Can you first make sure that you have your security proofs up to date by visiting this page
account.live.com/.../Manage

Once you've checked that out try the following steps below:

Delete your profile, clear your cache 3 times, restart your console, and then download your profile.

Delete Profile Safely:

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only.

Clear System Cache, don't forget to do it 3 times!

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Highlight Hard Drive, and press Y

Select Clear Cache, and press Yes.

Restart Console

Download Profile:

Push the middle button on your Xbox 360 controller.

Select Download Profile.

You should be able to turn off two-step verification on
account.live.com.

If you try that and are still having issues downloading your profile with that same error code, I would recommend getting in touch with our Phone Support team. They'll be best equipped to look into your account with you and work on sorting things out.

I don't see where any of my security proofs are out of date. I have a question with an answer, my cell, multiple e-mails.

I do not have my profile on my xbox anymore because I am trying to re-download it.

I am connected to the internet.

I normally only clear my cache once, but did it three times this time.

I restarted my xbox.

I was forced into using two-step verification. Is there any way that I could skip using two-step verification? I find it a pain that I have to do extra work to get onto my xbox when no one else ever uses it.
