How Stupid is the Sudoku Team?

Has anyone else lost all their records (history) on Sudoku. When I finished, it showed I had 0 wins for the month and when I checked, my entire history was missing. I have complained before about the month of Sept. '16 being missing,
but now they have wiped out my history. Need new programmers.

How to remove ads?

Sudoku and Jigsaw are my favorite games, but while I found the option to remove ads in Jigsaw, the same space in Sudoku is blacked out. How can I remove the ads?

login problem to XBox

playing Microsoft Sudoku, after changing my MS password, i'm unable to connect to Xbox to play Sudoku. HOW TO LOGIN ?

 

As of this morning I also lost all my history.

 

I had a window pop up during my games this morning saying that you no longer need to be connected to Xbox to play the daily challenges. Now I can't get the sudoku to log into the Xbox, it comes up that there is no internet connection. I lost all my history
all the way back to 2012.

 

Same here and I play daily so I all of a sudden went from all days until today and now I have no wins at all. This keeps happening and means poor QA. Need to fix or stop playing.

 

and then they blame it on YOUR Internet connection! -- I hear it is THEY who are having problems with their Sudoku servers -- hopefully, they'll fix them soon

 

Just lost this month. Started last weekend, even did a couple ad lost those days. Frustrating

 

Right, lost my record and that makes me angry.

 

I complained about a missing month in my awards in Sudoku, now a second month is missing. WTF!

 

I have been told by Microsoft that the only way to resolve my issue of missing months is to uninstall/reinstall Sudoku and it will re-appear. Has anyone else had to do this and, if so, was it successful?
