    How should I report a hardware based bug?


    So I've been attempting to report a bug in the Alpha Skip Ahead OS that I've run into multiple times.

    Only issue is I can not use the "Report A Problem" function do to the bug being triggered during the restart process, so I've attempted to link a video to better explain and show the ishue just to have my thread locked do to false reports of me "self promoting" so now Iam forced to ask: how else am I to report this kind of ishue?

    never get an invite to Alpha or Alpha Skip Ahead.

    Thanks for posting in the forums, that appears to be an in game bug and not an Xbox hardware or software issue. I would reach out to EA Games support and report as a bug. It will help the developers and hopefully be patched in a bug fix update.
