how can i reset a x box one to home box ...?when i buyed a Xbox 1 ,wat was before in use .....

Question regarding old digital games/resetting

Home console, not sure how that stays with a reset though... I think the reset removes the home console status too, but maybe it didn't.

That would explain why your games are there.

I find it stupid you can't just get rid of it or not play games and use it for something else. It's called self control or if you can't because you have a problem get help.

You will have to contact support directly as they are the only ones that can reset that counter. Keep in mind since there is a 3 change per year limit they are not obligated to do it but definitely worth a try.
