Report the hang up of customer service phone call to your local Consumer ombudsman, its poor customer service, and down right disgraceful and disgusting how they think they can just treat customers like this. Its not acceptable business practice to completely
ignore your customers when they have a problem with your service, you have to do everything in your power to help the customer and listen to them NO MATTER WHAT! Its not acceptable to hang up on a customer and exhibits poor training in the business (its also
technically against the law in some places).

@RedSlipperWoman - Do you have one of the $100 xbox w/ 2 year gold memberships? If so, how did you go about resubmitting it? After speaking to SEVEN customer service reps, I was told this would take up to 13 days to resolve.

Same problem here, looks like ps3 needs new fans if this is how paying customers are treated, i dont pay 60 a year and buy add-ons to get left hanging with an issue, and all i get is" is your card info right?" ..... Duh
