How Old Is Too Old To Play Video Games?

I think the question should be at what age should kids be allowed to play games.As long as games say 13 and up as the reccomended age then we're good.Unless were talking MLP.That could get creepy.

I'm 30, and i play almost every evening on the Xbox One.

people need to understand that people who are 40 play video games because they grew up on the original home video game systems the Atari 2600 came out in late 1977 and by 1980 it was very popular. that was 33 years ago, so some one who was 10 years old playing
home video games back then would be 40+ years old today and their kids would be playing games too. what is amazing today is those games from back then even the classic arcade games can play and fit on a smartphone / tablet device today. it kind of blows my
mind how far it's come. I picture these original 1st generation home video gamer, retired in a old folks home in the future that is all networked and playing whatever the latest generation game system is, compared to a old folks home today that plays cards
or board games.

Minecraft is the Lego for today's young generation.

 

That alone is your own personal choice. Personally if it is something you enjoy and gives you a good time why stop? You are never too old to stop playing, knowing me I'll still be playing games till I die.

 

If you feel to old to enjoy games you must be very lonely.

 

Until I'm so old that my eyesight is no longer good enough to see the screen, or arthritis causes me to be no longer capable of holding a controller.

 

You're never too old to play games. Are you ever too old to read a book or watch tv? There is no difference.

The rep system itself is really flawed, but he must have been avoided.. a lot. What's your guy's percentages? I'm 43% preferred and and 57% avoided. Apparently I trash talk a lot lol.

 

Last I looked I was at like 83% preferred. If there's a way I can check on Xbox One, I don't know what it is....

 

Just too old for online, or game related groups. Playing by yourself or next to your old friends has no limit.
