    How Often Will Backwards Compatible Games Be Updated?


    I am new to the Batman Arkham series and would like to play Arkham Asylum and Arkham City first. However, there is no way for me to play them on the Xbox One at the moment. Therefore, I am curious how often the Xbox One backwards compatible games will be
    updated, so that I can play these games on my xbox. The batman games are obviously not in the wave with bioshock, but perhaps they are with the one after. I just want to know how long I will have to wait.

    From what Microsoft said, they would update the Xbox One Compatible List every month, so hopefully in the next few months, your favourite games will be available for you to download.

    Thanks for the quick reply! thats pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Based on the fact that the Arkham games are on the front page hopefully that means I won't have to wait beyond January or February (assuming that the Bioshock and Halo games are
    the ones for december).

    All they said is they AIM to bring out new games every month. Cause because something is at the top or towards the top of the most wanted does not mean that these games will be coming in the next few months.

    They may had Batman in jan / Feb or it may not be added for a year or two or at all. We just need to wait and see what happens

    If it's not backward compatible then it's not backward compatible and never will be as they stopped updating the emulator years ago. The only Robotech game that is backward compatible is Battlecry.
