    How often does the Vault get restocked?


    I have checked back every day, sometimes twice a day or more to see if the Vault has been restocked but it is never restocked... I want to know how often this happens.

    It's been almost a month now and nothing...

    Also, because its changing to MS Rewards my gems are getting made into currency I believe... Just how much currency are we talking here?

    I have 1400+ gems and I can (apparently) redeem stuff with a value of $20 or more for 1000 gems... Am I gonna get anywhere near that amount?

    I have wanted to claim a 10,000 credits rewards from the vault for 1 week but it seem that the rewards are not updated often. How often the rewards program update the vault?

    We hear your frustration about Out of Stock or unavailable items in the MyVIP Vault. We are doing a series of MyVIP Vault restock deployments, the first of which will be happening in the beginning of May. We'll be restocking with many of the items people
    have asked for. Keep an eye on the @XboxLiveRewards Twitter handle for Vault restocking and prize announcements. Gems have a conversion rate of 1 Microsoft Point, as specified in the transition email.
