How not to get banned

Ok, I've been reading load and loads of people saying how they have been banned, and I thought I would just create a little guide on how not to get banned.

1: DONT MESSAGE THE PERSON WHO JUST CALLED YOU NAMES (that part is very important so its on capitals)

2: Block the person who just messaged you

3: Report the person who just messaged you

How easy is that? if you follow those very easy three point rules you not only wont get banned, but the person who called you names probably will get banned.

Reputation

My reputation dropped to avoid me in a day. I can't look for games anymore for some reason and I'm not banned. I did nothing wrong and did not get banned. How do I get this fixed and how long will it take and how do I check how many reputation points do
I have? Respond this time please I waited more than 24 hours

hello, my account as banned today. i have no reason to be banned, i just got my Xbox yesterday and a whole year of gold and games... i have not done one thing to get banned. i havnt even played games yet because they are downloading... i would just love
to get UN banned or find out how i got banned

Something more easier, use your conscience. Practically all or most of the rules, are based on ethics morals and conscience morality thingy's.

Don't swear (if you're desperate to, do it only in an invite-only party chat with your closest friends), don't bully, don't gamertag shame cause that, ahmm, is against the rules. Don't obsessively quote someone's gamertag I think one of the moderators stepped
in this week because someone has a habit of doing that to me. All they're doing is making me more popular on Google search engine. Don't mod/hack console games/software/Xbox hardware/accounts. Treat others the way you'd want to be treated. If you don't want
your gamertag quoted to heavens high, or to be sworn at, don't do it yourself. And yes I'm gonna report this post just so that the mods can see I'm a good person.

But it isn't easy. Kids and teens hang out here too. And they may not have the same maturity levels as oldies. But then again some oldies may have had too much sugar too...

You should read the ban forums of all the people in MW2/BO lobbies that are banned. That will tell you how much they monitor it and how fast you get banned.

we have no ability to look at anyone's accounts or anything to do with money. Enforcement exists is their own entity, and no one outside of enforcement has access to those records except for you. If you log into your account on https://enforcement.xbox.com, you can review the current status of your case

An email was sent to the address on your account, so I suggest you check there, or that you correct the email address as many people did not fill in their personal information correctly when making their accounts

If they give you more information, they will do so through the appeal, although they don't always give specifics. But there is no other way to contact them.
