    How much of a chance do I have of receiving my account back from a hacker?


    On Saturday I noticed my account was stolen. I got emails and texts that security information was being deleted and I hopped on my laptop to delete the stuff he was putting on but he kept on deleting my stuff right back I even kept on changing the password
    but when I went to do it again I was told too many codes have been sent and he finally was able to take the account. Alias email deleted, phone number deleted, gamertag changed, password changed and a declined attempt of 100$ gift card. My mom's phone was
    stolen when she left it at Walmart and in her notes I had my xbox, facebook and yahoo information just incase my phone broke and I needed to access that information. So he has a hold of my account that Ive had for 6 years. I talked to support and they escalated
    the case and an ivestigation has been made. I gave them my original email, 4 passwords used before, my name thats on the account. ip address, console id and serial number. original gamertag. I also have access to the original email thats on the accountThese
    are the things I have been told from support

    - even if he changed my information the system keeps old information

    - him changing the information and the charge is a high sign of the account being stolen and that its a big help

    I just hope to get my account back.
