How much more $$ will I have to spend to make this work...

So after purchasing an Xbox One NOT EVEN 5 days ago and an absolute mess of technical and networking issues that I never encountered on over 8 years of Xbox 360, I am now experiencing an issue with my controller no longer wanting to be synced to my console.
It randomly happened last night, and now no matter what I do I cannot make the controller perform any action on the console or sync to it. I went and bought a
[Mod Removed] plug-n-play cable not even 10 minutes ago and with my controller plugged straight into the console it still doesn't work. How much more money am I going to be scammed out of to make a $400 console work? It's been out of the box
for 5 days, and hasn't moved an inch since opening. The controller has never been dropped. It's getting past the point of ridiculousness and near pathetic that this is the Microsoft "next gen" console. If it weren't for the fact that I used the 2 Assassin's
creed codes already, this thing would be back on the shelf at Best Buy waiting for another unlucky shopper to be ripped off for a couple hundred bucks.

So again, how much more $ will I have to spend, and on what, to make this garbage work?

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

Rest assured that regardless of whether or not this issue will get fixed, Microsoft's just lost another customer and I'll be sure to warn my friends before they think of buying such a pathetic and broken piece of tech. Time to get reacquainted with Playstation.
