How much money does Microsoft make by scamming people by banning accounts?

I got perma banned earlier today on an account that they have profited immensely on because my gamer picture was deemed inappropriate. Despite the fact that my gamer pic was in no way a violation of any guidelines or code of conduct rules. Is this really something they should be focusing on when other people have literal porn and sexual content on their profiles who are not banned. This is outrageous, I want either my purchases that they conveniently refuse to let me access to be refunded or to be unbanned or I may be forced to take legal action.

typicle pety pricks these people are they try to earn there money from scamming people through numerous ways it does not work on the clever but younger gullable players are vulnerable to these sad people they should be banned.

microsoft wont ban them..they only ban the consoles that are modded to play pirated games because they wont make money..funny how they wont ban the consoles of people that hack and mod..oh yeah they make money out of them because they buy xbox games etc.and
they know if one account gets banned they will most likely pay to open up another account..more money for microsoft etc etc..more grief for us

First off, they can't just spoof an account to get it banned. They would need direct access to an account. Even then there is no guarantee that a suspension/ban would be handed out.

This just seems like a money making scam.

Maybe if Microsoft can scam $5 from enough people they can make up some of the money lost to Sony?
