    How much longer?


    I just got off chat with support and they set me up with Advanced Replacement and said I should be getting a phone call soon but it's been an hour and I haven't gotten one! Does it usually take this long?

    How much!

    hey guys I was just checking my bandwidth usage and I have all my history to be reset every 30 days. Usually every month I use anywhere from 200GB or 250GB of data, but for some reason it said that last month I used 565TB of data!!! I only have 3TB of storage
    and the only thing that I downloaded was a couple of updates that were under 10GB. Is this just a glitch in the console or something? Thank you to anyone who can tell me what this is.

    How much is too much?

    ^^ Agreed. Priorities are always number one. School, work, friends, etc. Then when all that is out of the way it's time to grab a beer, kick back and game on!

    I personally would just go to support.xbox.com and set one up yourself. It's super simple.

    I agree with CMU, no offense to the chat, but they aren't the brightest. Btw, did they also tell you about the $15.00 Fee, and the $400.00 hold on a credit card?

    When I did my Advance Exchange, they held $400 but then released the funds immediately after. Not sure if that was supposed to be released, but it was. The $15 wasn't that big of a deal for me. I was just happy to have a working console.

    Although I appreciate the responses, Ide rather someone give me a general idea of when FROM THIS POINT I will get my account back from hopefully some personal experience/ knowledge. Arguing helps me and anyone else with this problem very litte.

    Sigh, I've been reading on these forums way too long today. I'm reaching 'sarcasm' levels.

    If you've been promised it has been "expedited" or that it's "4-5 days from now" by XBOX Live support personnel you are being misinformed and perhaps going out on a limb - lied to. They don't know and would not know.

    My heart says "I hope its soon" but my mind feels like quoting the developers of Duke Nukem Forever "It'll be done when it's done." From all the postings I've read here (and it's now just over "a heck of a lot") that's the best legitimate committment you
    will get from anyone.
