    How much data does it cost to be connected to Xbox live, but play offline games?


    I'm talking just being connected to Xbox live, not talking in a party, playing online games, or surfing the web. Just strictly playing offline games while the Xbox is still connected to the internet and connected to Xbox live. I'm asking because my internet
    data went from unlimited to 350GB last month and we are still adjusting, but everyone accuses me of my Xbox using most of the internet up. I'm wondering how much, I don't know, let's say 1 hour of playing a game that is not online while also being connected
    to the internet will use up how much internet. Again, not using the Xbox Live features, just playing a game.

    Corrupt save data when not connected to Live

    Hey guys, not sure if this'd go in this section, but it seems fitting enough. I've been reading up on threads about corrupted data but I haven't seen any that address this specific issue:

    Whenever I'm not connected to Xbox Live, a lot of my save data is corrupt on games I want to play while offline, given I rarely have access to Live, but if I try playing them while connected to Live, often after downloading an update, then my save data is completely
    fine. However, if I do that and then go offline, the save data on that game will still be available, but only for a few game-rotations of switching out different games.

    How can I fix this? This really, really makes me regret ever even connecting to Live, if it was just going to corrupt all of my data for offline use, that is completely fine otherwise.

    Linking An Offline Profile To LIVE And Transferring To USB

    Hi guys



    How does someone who's XBox has never been connected to LIVE register their profile and then transfer it via a USB?



    I've got someone who wants to load their profile from their offline XBox, come and play games with me on my XBox which is connected to LIVE, and then go back to their offline XBox.



    How do you do that please?

    If you go to "network" in the settings there's an option to see what your bandwith usage is.

    From what you've said why not just set your console to offline mode & disconnect from xbox live?
