How Microsoft Can Stop Xbox Hackers

I like the idea of punishing people for making false reports. Unfortunately, that would lead to decent people being punished because they were confused or misread the situation.

Any actual hacker would just use someone else's credit to purchase a console, no matter how expensive.

Unfortunately, I do believe I ran into someone severely head glitching on BF4. I routinely play nothing but Large Conquest on H Resort and make 800-1000m headshots. I was able to on the first shot for awhile before the first update which tweaked the bullet
drop but anyways, last week I joined a server and blasted someone (first shot too lol) up on the hill by the ocean base. He immediately ran back up but to a further back position.

Didn't care one bit as it's only a hair difference in bullet drop, but for some reason after that first kill, I couldn't hit him again. Eventually I started firing a test shot to hit the VERY VERY top of the rock that he was prone on and would see the round
strike the rock. With that, I ever so slightly altered my shot and it clear as day looked like it should have got him, a hit marker at the very least but nothing. And no matter how far left or right, higher or lower I moved on my hill, he would somehow hit
me within a single shot AND my bullets remained ineffective despite looking dead on target. (PLUS.. that hill he was on, has its fair share of bugs. a friend of mine spawned on me but spawned INSIDE the mountain and trapped.)

There are far less hackers than bad players crying about hackers. All this system would do is ban the whiners... I endorse this suggestion lol
