Where can i go to find out about How many xbox account badges, their colours and who owns them.

There's not a published list for that. With the exception of the Ambassador and MVP badges, other badges are only available for employees.

damn needed it for something i'm trying to find out but it's fine, as there are supposedly only 5 accounts with this one specific badge and i'm tryna find out which one it is

People have been coloured a little by the back that Ambassador's new to the forum have been coming in and, for want of a better term, throwing their weight around as if the badge gives them more authority.

While no doubt most do join in order to help, there are those members who are in it just for the badge.
