    Hello together,

    i'm having a really annoying problem with the german xbox support. Till now i haven't got a person that cares about what happens to me as customer. The problems with my xbox one are persisting since two months.

    I already have sent the console two times to get it repaired. Each time an exchange device came back it had another fault. On the first one there were scratches all over the exchanged device. Remember that i have sent a almost brand new device with a broken
    bluray drive to get it repaired.

    Ok... then I sent the repaired device again into the repair center. I got it back just two weeks ago. Now the repaired Xbox is broken again. It has a faulty WLAN module.

    The Xbox Support does not even now think about escalating the case although it was promised the last time. I just have to go through the standard exchange process again.

    I'm extremely disappointed of Microsoft and it's very poor support.

    As icing on the cake: the support employees are making one mistake after another. My adress was captured two times incorrectly, even after i spelled it letter for letter two times. The next time i got wrong information about the exchange process. The employees
    partially suddenly hang up when phoning them, without helping me. The computer systems the support is working with does not seem to work properly. Many many times i phoned the support was not even able to work on my case because their computers worked not
    properly. The customers are not getting tracking IDs when the repaired console returns. etc.

    Is somebody here who cares about my case? Im from germany and had to deal with the german support hotline. I can't believe that this is happening...

    I have latency, almost 200 ms, and I have lose of packets.

    I only need to do is a tracert from my PC and see how many jumps the packet is doing to get to its destiny. Then send the proof to my ISP.

    What is the process by which I can get a replacement console.

    My current console has a faulty disk drive and I want to send it to Microsoft to get it fixed/replaced and I was wondering how that process works. How much time is involved, what are the steps, etc. Do I have to send my physical console back, and where do

    Okay, so the shipping label was printed by MS and UPS are waiting for the parcel. Many of us are similar to you, some have tracking numbers that work, some have them that aren't working yet. Judging from this, i'd say that MS is processing many orders and
    then sending to UPS is bulk bundles. It would explain your situation and would explain those of us who have no tracking number that works yet.

    I would assume that later today we will all see some movement with our parcels. I wouldn't trust what CS says because they are clueless and just read from a script. It would make more sense for MS to process many orders and send off at once rather than doing
    it in smaller batches time and time again, especially with Covid.

    So, I would still expect you to get it tomorrow regardless and in terms of your tracking, I would assume that will move throughout today. Couriers can move parcels quickly so can receive parcels at midnight and they can still be at your door within 8 hours
    if not less. Still plenty of time for MS to ship them out, UPS to get them, send them to our local depots and them delivering to us.

    I have said it many times I am not a MS hater but rather just disappointed that they don't seem to be catering to my needs as a gamer. And as a smart consumer I must go with the console that caters to my gaming needs. I have been called a troll(troll really?
    I just have an opinion) and a Sony fanboy(Never owned a sony console). If MS were to get rid of the Kinect or make it optional then I might actually consider buying it. But until that time I have to go with the better console for me.
