How many times can I change my home xbox to gameshare?

I have an Xbox one s and I'm confused as to how many times I can switch. Some websites say 3 and others say 5. Clarify?

I am trying to change my home xbox one back to my home console, however I am getting an error message stating that I can only change my home xbox 3 times in one year. I have only changed it once so I don't know how it would be saying I have changed it more
than that let alone 3 times. Any suggestions?

 

You can only change your Home setting 5 times a year. It used to be 3 until that was changed to 5 earlier this year.

Yeah used to be 3 per year but is now 5, If you use all 5 you can usually get a couple of extra ones given by contacting the xbox support team.
