How many systems can my Live account be connected with?

Long story short, I currently have my older 360 full of games in my living room and a second 360 that I found cheap and put it in my office. Each have my account on them and have their own specific purchased digital games tied to them. I was looking
into getting an Apple TV or something for my bedroom, but my sister just told me she'd give me her 360 that she doesn't use. I'd like to put my account on it and purchase games specifically for that system. Can my account be linked to 3 systems?

Please note that I am not wanting to play a downloaded game from one system on another, but rather each system have it's own games purchased on them.

How do i use my xbox live account on to differant systems?

 

My account can not go on xbox live?

My Xbox is connected to LIVE, but my account can not.

I have tested the connection many times, Unplugged the ethernet cable, turned the system on and off and nothing.

The connection test says that everything is fine, my Xbox is connected to LIVE, but when I sign in to my account, it says "can not connect to XBOX LIVE", even though I am connected.

any suggestions?

 

You can download your profile to as many systems as you like as long as you know the Microsoft account and password. But you will only be able to sign into one console at a time, but from your post I think this is what you are planning to do anyway, so enjoy

additionally all games that you have purchased via xbox marketplace are tied with your gamertag, so you can download them to all xbox consoles and Play them without having to purchase again, the consoles Need to stay connected to live though if you Change
your mind about this

 

Thanks, but all that I know already. See, when I got my second 360 I downloaded a few games I had purchased on the first system and they played fine with no problem....until we had a storm and it knocked the internet out for a day. I then learned without
the internet connection I was only allowed to play my purchased games on the system they were originally purchased on. I have since filled the hard drive of my old first 360 and I'm at about 75% full on my 2nd 360 (with games I've specifically purchased from
that system). I really have no need for a 3rd at all, but it's being offered to me and can be used instead of my buying an Apple TV etc, so I figured I could take it and buy games on that system.

I'm not looking to have them all online at the same time or play games from one system on another, but rather, I want to use each system with its own library of games so that I can have them all playable when the internet goes down (which it does a lot where

Sony allows this and have stated the number of systems an account can have. I'm looking for that number for my 360s, or, at least want to make sure 3 is ok before I take her system from her.

 

As was already stated by superhugmonkey, your account can be on as many consoles as you like so long as it is only signed in online to one console at a time.
