How many suspensions until a permaban?

I got 2 24 hour suspension back in 2019. I haven't got suspended since, and I haven't had any before then. I saw someone on reddit, though, say that if you get 3 suspensions it's a permaban? I don't think I'll ever get suspended again, but my account has like 5 thousand dollars worth of stuff on it and if that's true it freaks me out that I could lose everything for one more suspension.

Someone else said to go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history and you can see your enforcement history. It says I have no enforcement history, so does this mean my account is "clean?"

Also I checked it a few months ago and it also said there that it was clean.

There's no set number of suspensions that will lead to a permanent ban. You can get a permanent ban without having any prior suspensions. Or you can get 5 suspensions and then get a permanent ban.

They recently updated/moved the enforcement site and I think it's had some issues. It doesn't necessarily mean your enforcement history is clean.

Obviously. I'm just trying to figure out why it says I have no enforcement history. My 2nd suspension was evidently a mistake on their end (which makes sense because I didn't even know what I was suspended for at the time), which means I only ever had one real suspension and it was for something very mild (someone was using an exploit in a game and I messaged them saying "loser" and nothing else). It was for 24 hours, and since it was for something very mild I'd assume that's why my enforcement history is clean.

I went back through my messages on Xbox to see what they said when they suspended me, and my 2nd suspension from 2019 was apparently a mistake on their end. They even sent me a gift card apparently (which unfortunately has expired). This would mean my one and only suspension was from like 4 years ago and was very mild and I only got a 24 hr suspension. I'd assume that was a warning or something and explains why I don't have an enforcement history.

The terms of service/code of conduct you agreed to when first making your account is considered your warning.
