How Many Refund Tickets are there For XBOX/ Microsoft

It's not how many a month it's per year also it's a pattern

If you are trying after you buy then they will cut you off eventually

It's best to use trials or read reviews

If you are caught abusing the refund policy you may eventually get a marketplace suspension as yes they watch everytime you request a refund especially if ita a pattern

It's best not to request because you beat a game

Refunds are typically issued for requests meeting the following criteria:

1. Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date

2. Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time

There is no information on how many refunds we can get per year but we just need to meet the criteria to have a higher chance in getting a refund.

because many people have used the policy, don't buy a game, play through it as fast as possible and then try to refund it before the deadline

It's the same reason why there's a two hour play limit on refunds,

I understand there are probably conditions but equally digital downloads have been proven to be considered equal to physical products in regards to refunds in cases where the product does not function as advertised. I would really prefer not to have to go
through a legal process for $60.

I guess more than anything I feel the way microsoft has handled this is very poor. On reaching a decision the case was immediately closed and in responding to the ticket from then on I keep receiving only that the ticket is closed.

I've been a customer of microsoft for many years with multiple subscriptions (live, gamer pass, office 365, gold) and I feel they did not listen to what I said. They saw refund, they saw longer than 30 days, they stamped decline.

Never good to be reminded how little companies like this care for their customers.

If you mean they refunded your money and it's back into your account, then no. It's not normal for their order to still be "pending" from what seems like they've refunded you if this is the case.

You'd probably be best to send a refund ticket to Microsoft so they can help track your order, and explain to them your situation how you were waiting for your controller. Here's that link
