how many party chats can a gamer be in at a time

how many times are party chat and social related things going to stop working?

It's amazing how many "Veteran Gamers" weren't smart enough to figure out Party Chat.

Start or Join a party.

Then (the crucial step in the process that most people overlook is) TURN PARTY CHAT ON.

Now people in your party can hear you.

I know what you're thinking. "Why do I have to turn Party Chat on? That's stupid! Why couldn't it just work exactly the same as the XBox 360"?

Well... do you remember when everyone was crying for Microsoft to support Hardcore Gamers?

Well Hardcore Gamers play the game to win.

So your party joins a Team Based game where it's probably going to be in your best interest to communicate with the other players?

You simply Snap to Party Chat and turn Party Chat off. Now you are in GAME CHAT and are able to chat with everyone in the game... but you're still in your own party.

And if you don't wanna talk to your Team in the game? Then stay in Party Chat.

Party chat is actually better designed than most people think and it's frightening how many people couldn't figure out that they had to turn it on.

Finally, for Skype... put in your friend's gamertag and you're there.

If they don't have a ONE then put in their email address.

This is getting silly. Have XB One in DMZ, same with my friends, still no party chat. This shouldn't be new Microsoft... Doesn't matter how many times I reboot or how I join a party / start a party I cannot turn Party Chat on. Fix it MS!!

Unfortunately yes. You can even see in some games how party chats are struggling to keep up. Especially when there are many players in the same party chat

I was pleasantly surprised at how many older gamers there were when i originally jumped on LIVE. Now i have a good solid base of older friends I play online with. Its great - especially when you can party chat it up.
