How many of you are sticking with the xbox 360 till the severs shut down?

Slowly by slowly my friends are getting xbox ones and leaving their xbox 360's behind. I believe this will be my last system and I'm sticking with it till they shut down the 360 servers. I feel there are tons of good games to play on the 360 and there is
no point in getting the xbox one. Does anyone else feel this way? just curious.

Hi, this wrong place to post but can't find the 360 forum as I'm on phone so it harder and want to know the confirmation of severs 369 shutting down? Hope they down as original Xbox didn't shut down till 5 years later

Different architecture, not big surprise. You can't play PS3 games on the PS4 by sticking the PS3 disc in the drive. Sure, they will have the streaming service but how many people with bandwidth limits are going to use that? I have no problems keeping my
Xbox 360 along with my Xbox One.

 

I am, I have had both the Xbox One and the PS4. If you ask me the interface is uncomfortable for both and I had problems with both freezing and glitching during games and the system itself on a regular basis.

The 360 was super comfortable for me from the start and seems to still be better than any of the rest, as long as the new gen games keeping coming out for the old gen I am staying on the 360 and even then, if the One still has those issues I have encountered
and the interface isn't tweaked to be more comfortable (maybe it's just me) I still won't buy it again.

Even my friend I sold it to got rid of it. I actually don't know anyone but 2 people in my area that even has either of the new gen systems, and I live in a city.

 

More than half my friends on my xbox friends list have the xbox one now.

 

I`m the same as you Op, sticking with the 360. I still have a load of unplayed games on the shelf.

Used to be in a mature 360 clan but virtually every member changed over to Xone. So it was back to gaming either on my own or with randoms again.

 

Zero interest in next gen.

Once the slim comes out with a huge hard drive i may get some interest, but that`s a long way off.

 

Yeah I feel as you do. The only thing that might make me buy an X1 earlier than that is if they come out with a new Elder Scrolls that is on X1 only. I'm also not going to spend more than $300 for one that includes the kinect, or $200 for one without even
after they stop supporting 360.

 

i get all upset over my 360 issues id never go with the one hearing of all the issues there... microsoft seems to never fix the old and suck every dollla out of ya then build something else that dosent work properly so no im sticking with the 360 and when
they kill the servers ill play my games offline and not give them anouther dime then if the outher company i go to dose not perform as it is supposed to and cant get stuff right then right on to the next i go i refuse to give a company my money when they dont
do stuff right or perform to an exceptional experiance i understand mistakes but when one fails time and time again and still sees no wrong and refuses to make corrections and fix what is broke then bye bye i say onto them as dose my money

 

The 360 is still the better media streamer. Even when Live shuts down it'll still be able to stream media from my PC.

The console doesn't die with Live.

 

I am seriously thinking of returning to the 360 as it stands it is the better platform.

 

I don't really have the time or money to invest in new systems, so I'll be sticking with Xbox 360 for awhile (and my other older consoles). There's still so many games on those systems I have yet to finish, even some games I still need to finish on the Original
Xbox as well.

 

To be honest, I played so much on the 360 that the only interest I have in it now are old games that I'm still chipping away at. I like playing the new games on the Xbox One if they're on both systems and that's where majority of my friends list is now anyway.

That's not to say I'll be getting rid of my 360 anytime soon and I'll be playing it until the servers get shut down for online play, which will be a very sad day, indeed. Still hoping to get some online achievements in a few games before that happens!

 

I just unplugged my 360 and hope I dont have to use it ever again cause I prefer my Xbox One.

I personally dont care when and if the shut down the servers.
