How many of us cant get a custom gamer picture cuz of xbox system?

we need Xbox to lower the age needed for a custom gamer picture because changing age will not work and the only way is for Microsoft to lower the age i don't want to wait 5 years to just change a picture on a device and i don't think
you do either

i don't know what we could do but i just wanna say Microsoft needs to change this

no picture

can anyone let me know how to get a picture back the tv screen just move the xbox but now i cant get a picture i just get a blank screen many thanks

Xbox One Lacking Many things?

It seems as if Xbox One is lacking many little things such as: Personalizing your Profile, it not longer shows your Motto, or Location, or Bio.

I also cant seem to find any way to check memory or storage usage...

I cant personalize my gamer picture with a picture of myself, or find other gamer pictures for that matter (other than the cartoonish default ones provided)

Im sure there is a few more I cant thing of right now... its really annoying.

How can Kinect do all the things it does and not be able to take a personal picture? or even a video?

You have to be 18 years old or over to upload a custom gamerpic which is just fine.

Nothing needs to be changed.

The age limit is there for a reason.You'll just have to wait until you are old enough.

Hello! Xbox recently announced that they removed custom gamer pictures temporarily because of the epidemic going on to reduce traffic with having to monitor customer gamer pictures because there are so many more people using Xbox right now.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are getting an error when you try changing your gamer picture. Are you trying to use a custom image? The ability to change your gamer picture to a customer image is currently disabled.

Hey AwsomeGuy174, You cant upload a custom gamer picture at this moment because it has been temporarily disabled due to reduce server stress. You should be able to change it to the pictures microsoft already has.
