How many months will it take for my problem to resolved?

Why hasn't this thread Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. been dealt with yet? I was told by customer service live chat by three different people that my problem would be resolved.

It has literally been months and yet no one has helped me. What the hell is going on??

Been off Gold for many months and just renewed after about 10 years. How long does it take my tenure to update to how much time I have had Gold for? I could not find any solid answers.

You should of been told by xbox support to contact 343 studios considering its their game and not Microsoft. I would suggest contacting 343.

But how do we know it will get resolved? The unit has been out for over a year now, with customers already reporting these problems. So how many of us does it take to report the problem for the engineers to actually work on it??

I've been trying to get this resolved for a month now with multiple calls to support, and spending many, many hours repeating the same process. Was originally promised it would be resolved within 48 hours, but still experiencing the problem almost a month
later. Supposedly my case has been escalated - this is beyond frustrating.
