    How long until Xbox notices the complaint I filed?


    I was on MW2 yesterday and this guy was threatening to hack my account/DDoS my internet, and steal my credit card, and other stuff. I filed a complaint (Was the only person who did) and I know he's lying, but that's against the rules and stuff to threaten
    people like that, so my question is, how long until Xbox support notices my complaint? I'm sorry if this isn't the right area, but I believe it belongs in this area.

    Got a much welcome phone call today.

    I have some questions for anyone that has filed a complaint to the BBB.

    At what point in your investigation did you feel it was time to file a complaint with the BBB? How long did it take from the time you filed the complaint until Microsoft contacted you? Would you recommend that everyone use the BBB in this situation?

    How long until Xbox notices the complaint I filed?

    I believe it takes at least 24 hours to get to the enforcement team. But keep in mind that they receive thousands of complaints a day and have to investigate each one. So any action they take will not be immediate.

    Plus they never tell you when they investigate or what they do about it either. Just make sure you've blocked him and everything, and if he still manages to do something just report again.

    No game company tells you what actions they take against another account. Just like no one else will give you info if they have to take action against someone. That's not a hard concept that's just what happens.

    How long of a wait is "patiently"? I don't want to have this for a year or anything. I did it almost a month ago, and Microsoft has either not noticed, or completely neglected my requests.

    P.S. What if a lot of people filed a complaint?
