    How long until I receive my points?


    since I am level 2 the Microsoft earn rewards page said if I design and order a remote I will receive 5,000 points I just ordered it about 15-20 minutes ago, I just want to know how long until I receive my points?

    So how long until I receive the pistol for the Mixer stream, thought they had finally fixed the delay with the recent update, guest not.

    How long until email updates?

    I want to add XBL points and the system says to enter the code that was sent to my email address... it's an old, deactivated email.

    It took me to a screen that let me enter a new address and remove the old one... but it looks like the change will not take place for a month?

    Is this correct?

    How long until I receive my points?

    You should receive the points about 14 days after the controller ships. If not, you'll need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program (they are separate from the Xbox Rewards program so support here cannot assist).

    The Xbox Live Rewards offer ended on the 15th. I believe you are talking about the Microsoft Rewards offer. This forum is only for Xbox Live Rewards program issues.
