    i purchased an xbox live gold membership yesterday on the store but it still hasnt been applied to my account. How long should it take for Gold subscription to activate?

    New XBOX Gold Membership Won't Let me Access Games for Gold

    I just added a Gold XBOX Live subscription to my account. I have been trying to activate Borderlands to my account, but it keeps asking me for a Gold Subscription. I have already paid for a whole year. How long does it take to activate? Seems like it should
    be instant. Every time i check my XBOX live status it says I have a Gold Subscription. Any help would be appreciated!

    Xbox live gold trial making the experience hell

    Just get a gold subscription and your info should be there. Long as you had some valid account to start with your information should be there when you get an active subscription

    As long as his account has an active gold subscription and that console is set as his home console then yes you should be able to use his gold subscription.

    So you would need to double check to make sure he has an active gold subscription and that he has that console set as his home xbox.

    That didn't work, is the Years Active the number of years you've had a running gold account or how long since your first gold subscription? Either way it should be 3 atleast since I set up Auto renewal on 13th January 2009.

    Have you tried clearing the MAC address on the console to see if that refreshes things. How long is your Xbox Live gold subscription active for ?
