Assuming the same process with the console as with the powerbrick is followed then once your product is received at the service centre, the average time of service is 14 to 21 days, including shipping time

Thank you for sending me the picture, feel free to go ahead and delete it from tinypic. As for the incorrect information in the Device Manger, it is very odd that it has displayed conflicting information. Once your console was serviced, you should receive
a 90 day warranty or receive the balance of your original warranty. Basically you would get which ever is the longest. If you would like further clarification on your warranty dates, you will need to call in to phone support because we do not have all of

I got my advanced exchange on around Nov 20th. Aside from the fact it had the same exact issue the one I sent in did....I noticed my warranty information in device manager made no sense. Being as to the point as I possible can...it followed as...

Listed my old console as expiring Nov24th which is correct.

Listed my kinect as expiring February 2015 which seemed consistent to the 90 days thing that im not even sure if is supposed to apply to advanced exchanges and not just repairs....I did also seem weird at the time 90 days seemed to be added to the kinect
although I figured they probably just throw that in there too for the heck of it.

Listed my new console I just got in the mail as covered until February 2016. I hoped this was accurate....although I knew that seemed off. As why would I be given a 15 month warranty for the advanced exchange? Is this policy? I have no idea. It also showed
me the option to EXTEND that warranty for 3 years. Although even that option seemed to have an error because the main text said extend for 3 years...the very text below it describing the policy said "extend for 2 years". It also noted I had 100 some days to
buy this policy.

I knew it couldnt be right. I DID talk to support and even printed the chat even though I highly doubt that matters at all. They insisted that February 2016 was correct and I had nothing to worry about. Even though the policy wasn't explained at all. Hoping
it was true Deep down I knew that still had to somehow be incorrrect. But after dealing with support that seem less knowledgable than me I put it off for a few days which lead to my last post. Because the process of never getting this sorted is becomming extremely
frustrating.

I look at device manager again. My old console no longer shows up....which makes sense as I sent it in. However, my kinect still shows the same date as February 2015. But....the console I got in the mail....the one that said February 2016...15 months from
now. Is now being listed as having a warranty that EXPIRED November 24th. I know that not only has to be wrong too.....it makes no sense. Not just that....all of the options that I had before to extend the warranty are now gone. There is no longer even ANY
options to click on what so ever. Including service options that are paid. It says PAID options aren't available.

I will send you a screenshot even though im not sure what show. It will just show exactly what I said here.

ALL I am trying to do....is ascertain how long the warranty is for the console I got in the mail. Then extend that warranty if possible. This is getting crazy.
