    I bought the COD:Ghosts from an access code that I had redeemed on the marketplace. It seriously takes 5hrs to fully install? I have never had any problems with my internet connection and have 30MB/s.

    How Long is Too Long to Wait on A Repair Order?

    I received an Xbox One S as a gift around Thanksgiving. The included controller did not work right out of the box. Submitted a repair order, sent the controller to Texas where it was signed for an accepted on 11/29/2016. I have yet to receive any sort
    of status update from Microsoft, and the website has not updated past "Fulfillment Order." I have tried to contact customer service via their chat line, but have had no success.

    My question in, how long does this process take? Unless I am mistaken, all indications would be that the turnaround would be a week, but here I am a month later without a controller. Is there something I am missing or what is the hold up?

    Xbox One digital games are significantly larger downloads than their Xbox 360 equivalents. Call of Duty Ghosts is a 39.5GB download. With your 30Mb/s download speed, I estimate that it will take between 3-5hrs to fully download and install.

    I can play one game but if I try to play another game it won’t work. I have to do a hard reset to switch games. And yeah it started when the February update. I’ve tried updating it offline and that gives me a different error code.

    Password too long

    The xbox 360 does not accept passwords that are longer then 16 characters so if you password is longer then 16 characters then that is your problem and would need to change your password to something less then 16 characters.
