    How long is my Xbox live communication going to be suspended?


    I can't use my mic in-game to communicate with other players, can't send messages, cant send party invites... Can a genius from xbox live tell me how long the services that i pay for are going to be suspended? Please..

    How much longer is live going to be down?

    Hi there,

    according to the service status page, Live itself is Not down, but there is a purchasing/redeeming issue.

    As far as I know there is no expected date when this is fixed, hopefully soon though.

    But this issue shouldn't prevent you from connecting to Xbox Live.

    Hello I got my account suspended and cannot use any communication chats or party chats because I’m suspended. I cannot login to see how long my suspension is. Is there anyway to look into my account and advise me how long my suspension is for?

    It will tell you why you are suspended and for how long. Also please check your messages as this sounds like a communication suspension (along with checking your email), it will also tell you how long and why you were suspended.
