How long is my console ban?

Console bans are permanent. You can read more about you're ban
HERE. If the ban is only on your console then you should be able to move you're account to a new "unmodified" console and continue to use Xbox Live. However if the ban is on both you're console and your account then you will have to wait out the length
of you're ban or create a new account on a new console. You can reach out to the enforcement team by clicking

HERE if you need to find out more information about why you are banned. Alternatively, you can check your emails (including your Junk / Spam folder) as in most cases you will of received correspondence from PET through email.
