    I recently entered a appeal, it got denied sadly. I am truly sorry but I am curious on how long my ban or suspension is. I really hope it is not permanent because I will cry. It is scaring me that it says permanent suspension and I will do anything for it to be lifted.     there support website is no hope and just leads you in circles, i tried to call them and after talking for 5 mins someone said she would transfer me to someone who could help, waited 10 minutes to be transferred and they just ended the call. you can say
    that im toxic and i deserve the ban but their **** support is the worst in the world, xbox is a loss cause
