    How long for status updates on repairs


    I send my 3 controllers Thursday they arrived Friday in Frankfurt. But theres no more way to track them exept on the xbox support repair status site

    But the status has been the same for one week now

    Status: Order wordt uitgevoerd

    Would like to know more detailed how the repair/ switch of controllers is going

    three days of this. Come on MS at least update us on the status of the repairs. I mean we pay for this. You don't have to do it here. You have a whole support page for updates on system status. How about throwing us a bone. Even a " we don't know but are
    still working on it" is something.

    It will depend on how many Xboxes they have in for repair, they won't just sit and play pass the parcel with it, they will get it back to you as quickly as they can. I understand your frustration (My console has been for warranty repair in the past), but
    try and be patient.

    Yeah I know I don't mean to be a impatient kid but it's just that I have heard some horror stories about like not seeing their xbox for like a month I don't know if their real but still also i'm glad today they updated it and said they have recieved it.
